Taco Tuesday is a recurring weekly event, and the Taco Merchant is the part of it that most players miss — not because it is hidden, but because it is open for about an hour a week and sells brainrots you cannot buy any other way. Four Secret brainrots have come out of it. This guide covers all four, the currency that buys them, and the mechanic that produces that currency, with every number sourced rather than estimated.
How the Taco Merchant Works
The merchant does not take in-game cash. It takes tacos, and tacos come from one place: you deposit brainrots that carry the taco trait into Fat Sammy's collect zone. Ten taco-trait brainrots is the deposit that produces tacos to spend. You then buy from the merchant with those tacos — or you skip the whole loop and pay Robux directly, which is why every brainrot below has two prices.
The loop in four steps
- ✓Find brainrots carrying the taco trait during the event.
- ✓Deposit ten of them into Fat Sammy's collect zone.
- ✓Spend the resulting tacos at the Taco Merchant.
- ✓Or bypass all of it and pay the Robux price instead.
The merchant is only open during the event window. Tacos you earn are worth nothing once it closes, and the brainrots below are not purchasable outside it. Plan the deposit before the window, not during it.
When Taco Tuesday Runs
Taco Tuesday runs on Tuesdays at 6:00pm EST. It used to start at 5:00pm EST, and older guides still say so — if you show up on the old time you will be an hour early. The event itself typically lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, and the merchant window sits inside that. The most recent drop of new brainrots was Taco Tuesday 44 on 18 August 2026; the two Tuesdays after it ran as normal but added no new brainrots.
Not every Taco Tuesday adds a brainrot. Most of them are just the event. New brainrots have arrived in batches, and 18 August 2026 was the most recent batch — four at once.
The Four Taco Merchant Brainrots
All four are Secret rarity. In-game cost, income per second, taco price and Robux price are all confirmed by the wiki infobox on each brainrot and by the Taco Merchant page. Trade value is confirmed by nothing, and we leave it blank.

The taco ladder and the Robux ladder do not run parallel, and that is the single most useful thing on this table. Burrito Bat costs 100 tacos or 64 Robux — the only one of the four where the Robux number is lower than the taco number. Tacoturbo Tacorito triples the taco price but multiplies the Robux price by more than nine. By the time you reach Sammyni Truckini you are paying 25 times Burrito Bat's tacos but 62 times its Robux.
What that means in practice
Tacos get relatively cheaper as you climb, Robux gets relatively more expensive. If you are grinding the deposit loop, the top of the ladder is where the loop pays off most. If you are paying Robux, the bottom of the ladder is where it is least punishing.
On income, Sammyni Truckini is the outlier: $110M/s is more than double Nachorilla and more than fifteen times Burrito Bat. It also costs $45B in game, nearly five times Nachorilla. Whether that is worth it comes down to how much cash you already generate — the same calculation every Secret purchase in this game reduces to.

- The drop rate of the taco trait itself, or how long collecting ten taco-trait brainrots takes in practice.
- Whether the Taco Merchant will return with new stock. It has added brainrots in batches, and there is no announced schedule for the next one.
What Changed on This Site
- Burrito Bat, Tacoturbo Tacorito, Nachorilla and Sammyni Truckini were added to the item list with confirmed rarity, in-game cost and income per second, and a blank trade value, tier and demand. All four were missing until this week.
- Tacoturbo Tacorito is attributed to the Taco Merchant and to Update 62, not to Update 64 — the wiki infobox, the update overview, the Taco Tuesday history table and the image upload date all agree, against one third-party log that does not.
